Emotional health
At Meta, we want to foster a safe place to discuss emotional health, including mental health. We work with external experts and organizations to create and scale tools and resources for supporting your emotional and mental health online.

The Emotional Health Hub includes resources and tips on specific well-being topics, as well as localized resources for users across the globe. There's also an option to talk directly with a trusted friend or contact a helpline for online emotional support.
Connect with mental health services through Meta apps.
