This page shows the steps you need to take to access the Brand Portal.
You can start a request for access to the Brand Portal if your agency partner is:
Registered in our supplier system
Bound by a non-disclosure agreement (NDA)
Actively involved in a scope of work (SOW)
Pulling your Facebook ID manually
Login to Facebook account.
Visit your profile page (e.g. https://facebook.com/zuck/).
Select 'View Page Source' from menu.
Find the following text in the webpage: ”userID”:”<this-is-your-id>”. Use CTL+F or CMD+F to search.
The number in double quotes is your Facebook numeric ID.
Once you have been granted access, you can view the Brand Portal by following the below steps:
Log into your Facebook account.
You will need to log into the same Facebook account associated with the ID provided.
Access the Brand Portal from the same browser.
You will need to have Facebook and the Brand Portal open on the same web browser.
We do not collect any personal user information, nor do we request any personal information such as phone numbers or email addresses. The only data that is collected are web analytics, of which the Meta Pixel should be excluded from the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We can assure that this doesn’t fall under GDPR restrictions, as we are not collecting identifiable personal information that wasn’t already granted by originally creating a Facebook account.
Due to the manual nature of this process, we do not reach out to agencies directly. You will be notified directly in the case you submitted that they have been approved.
Access to the Brand Portal for agency partners is reviewed quarterly and will be revoked on the complete date of the SOW submitted with the original access request.
Please reach out to your Meta point of contact if you are still having issues accessing the Brand Portal.
