Lori Goler
Head of People
Lori Goler leads all aspects of People strategy and operations at Meta, including organizational effectiveness, recruiting, people development, performance, compensation and benefits, DEI and the company's future of work strategy. She joined Meta in 2008. Previously, Lori led marketing strategy at eBay, and was a founding member of the executive team at the online retailer, Babystyle. She began her career in Disney's consumer products division focused on strategy and business planning.
Lori holds a bachelor's degree from Yale University, an MBA from Harvard Business School and a master's degree in public policy from the Harvard Kennedy School.
